Marriage Certificate is a legal document of marriage between male and female it is very necessary to registered your marriage after getting married to show their marriage is legally registered by the Marriage Registrar.

Age Limit:

                Male                                             

Minimum age for male 21 years

 

                Female                                             

Minimum age for female 18 years

Document Require: -

For Age Proof: 10th Class Certificate/Passport/Birth Certificate/Driving License etc., (Any one from both side).

For ID Proof: Pan Card/Aadhar Card/Voter/ID/Driving License/Passport etc., (Any one from both side).

For Address Proof: Aadhar Card/ Voter ID Card. (Any one from both side).

Photograph: 8 Passport Size Photograph from boy and Girl Side.

 For Marriage Proof: Marriage Photograph

For Marriage Proof: Invitation Card/ Arya Samaj Certificate if Party are Hindu or if party have Muslim then they translated Nikahnam along with original.

In Case of Divorcee: Divorce Decree of Divorcee.

In Case of Widow: Death Certificate of Deceased.

In Case of Foreigner: NOC from his/her Embassy. 

Witnesses: -

Three witnesses

Two Passport Size Photograph

Pan Card

Aadhar Card/Voter ID
